SCULPTURE, ANTHONY SLIM
Anthony Mascolo, owner of Toni & Guy and Bedhead Studio wanted a sculpture for his London penthouse. From a range of design drawings Anthony chose this design.
A four foot maquette was then made, firstly to allow any design changes prior to the full size sculpture be started. The final sculpture was made using a selection of steel rods, twisted and bent to shape.
The sculpture was delivered in two halves, then welded together on site. A series of other sculptures have since been commissioned by the client, in different styles and positions. JR
