UP & DOWN, STAIR PLATFORM
The stair platform was designed for an artist. She had commissioned an architect to design the interior of her mews house in Kensington, London. They wanted a light, airy staircase which linked the entrance hall to the first floor living area.
Due to limited space, a gallery walkway was required to link the living space with the other rooms. A stainless steel mesh was used allowing light to pass freely and create a modern, clean look in keeping with the rest of the minimal styled conversion. JR
